Wheel Dresser

The wheel dresser is suitable for use on surface grinders and universal tool grinders to dress grinding wheels with various profiles composed of straight lines and arcs.
It serves as an auxiliary tool for adjusting the size, shape, and geometric angles of grinding wheels. During use, the base of the wheel dresser is placed on the magnetic chuck (or securely fixed on the worktable), positioned (or calibrated) using the side of the base, and the height of the grinding wheel center is adjusted to align with the diamond tip on the same horizontal plane.
